Return and refund policy
Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.
And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however we do offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the product
Damaged items
If your product arrives damaged, snap a photo of the issue and please notify us by email: contact@soapdia.com or with using our contact form within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase.
